During his six years at Le Collectionist, Chibo saw the same story unfold time and again. Clients would rent a villa for the summer, fall in love with a place, then decide to buy a property there.
At that point, they found themselves on their own. Every agent they met had a portfolio of properties to sell. No one was there to represent their interests, and theirs alone.

The founding belief
Célia experienced this from the other side, working directly with discerning buyers. As a luxury property search specialist, she knew that the rarest homes never reach the open market. They are found through a network of owners, notaries and craftspeople that takes years to build.
Cazar was born when their paths crossed. A House bringing together Europe’s finest independent property search specialists, representing one party alone: the buyer.
The founders
Chibo is a true connoisseur of the luxury travel and hospitality universe. He is the former Real Estate Director at Le Collectionist, where he founded and structured the entire Real Estate division, laying the groundwork for a new vision of high-end property transactions, at the crossroads of lifestyle, hospitality, and real estate.
A visionary with an entrepreneurial spirit, he stands out for his ability to challenge the conventions of a traditionally rigid industry, bringing boldness, precision, and an acute sense of detail.
Passionate, creative, and deeply committed, Chibo represents a new generation of real estate professionals: discreet, sharp, and relentlessly client-focused.

As the founder of her own firm, she has built a reputation for excellence, discretion, and attentive guidance, assisting clients through acquisitions that are often complex and always unique.
Beyond her career in high-end real estate, Célia is also committed to housing access for the underprivileged, through an association she founded with conviction and heart.
